Installed the Windows Iconhandler. Opened a file in Painter 11 and saved as RIF. Files still only show the generic Painter icon in Explorer (Vista 32). The Iconhandler says its installed and yet, I still don't see any thumbnail view when I open the folder. Did I miss something?? Many thanks!!

Obviously I missed the boat completely on this one. Or rather not so much missed the boat as wasn't anywhere near the town with the jetty in it when the boat left.

However, I'm more than willing to put myself on any list of potential testers for the next version (12) in about a year, I guess. I use Painter a lot, and despite employing other software , always end up falling back on it in a pinch.

Awww, man, I noticed this said only till December 6th, does that mean no more people? I'd really like to beta test the product since I use it for several hours a day.

Thanks. I think it did work using Firefox and 10.5... but doubt is setting in.

Sorry for the delayed response.... got a couple things going on.... ;)

it's odd that it does not seem to work for many of you, as I tested out the application from my own Mac... using Safari and Firefox and it worked fine....

I will check the applications to see whose got through.. sometimes i think the application does go through even though it responds badly....

Steve = I tried to fill out a Beta Tester form but I use Firefox and Safari and I got a message saying the form only supported IE and Netscape?

Wasn't sure if the thing I filled out worked.

Since I teach Painter I'd be interested in seeing the new version as I'm sure we'll want to upgrade to it.
