Now it will help if you tell us whether you obtained prior written permission from the copyright holder to use, paint your version of the photo, then publish it here.

If not, and the copyright holder objects, Corel may have to delete your painting. (Again, please read The PainterFactory Terms and Conditions, link at the bottom of each page.)

I don't know who you're talking to but if it's me, I'm not going to delete it.

It's the member's responsibility to abide by The PainterFactory Terms and Conditions. You're the member in this scenario; I am when it comes to my images, etc., and since I'm a moderator here, when I see what appears to be a violation, it seems right to let you know.

You may not need to delete it if you're willing and able to find the copyright holder and obtain permission to use it and publish your version here.

See if you can, then if you really do need to delete it, let me know and I'll need to delete the thread.

I hope you can obtain the necessary permissions so you can feel free to leave the thread as it is.
