    Tracking on Wacom Cintiq 20WSX

    Hi,

I'm having a bit of trouble tracking with my Grip Pen on the Wacom Cintiq 20WSX. After I calibrate the pen so that the cursor follows the pen tip the way I want it, I can't seem to be able to track to the upper left corner (where the drop down menus like File and Edit are) and to the upper right corner (where I would shrink or close a program). The cursor would just sort of halt and freeze up in those areas, but moving it to a different spot on the screen is fine.

I would be able to track to the upper left corner if, when calibrating the pen to the upper left calibrate point, I tap the pen not on the calibration point but a bit southwest of it and then tap the pen on the spot of the lower right calibration point. However, if I calibrate the pen like so, I can't seem to paint/draw properly in Painter X since the cursor/brush is not longer on the same spot as the pen tip.

I would like for the pen to be able to track on those corners as it would be helpful in moving straight from painting to the drop down menu to save/save as or closing a program. Any suggestions?

    Thank you.

    Ednah
