I am a long time user of Painter in various versiona and have recently purchased and installed Painter 11. It seems to run fine for me but...When I browse my scanned TIFF files generated on my Epson Perfection 4490 Photo scanner there are no Thumbnail images displayed by Painter.
This makes image selection tedious without a visual reference for each image. The scanned files will open in Painter; the problem is that no thumbnail images appear when browsing. The thumbnails were displayed in Painter X just fine. I have the latest drivers installed for my Epson scanner.
My computer specs are as follows:
Apple Macintosh iMac 3.06 GHz Core Two Duo, $GB, 1 TByte HD, OS 10.6.2 (Snow Leopard)
Anyone else notice this or have I missed a menu setting somewhere?
