    Organizing Brushes in the Library

It seems I knew how to do this, but old age what it is...

How can I arrange the order in which my brushes are displayed. I know I can go in to workspace and organize, and can drag the brush varients up and down the list. How do I move the brush categories so that the ones I use most often are at the top?

Thanks for reminding an old man how to think...

    Hi Robert,

How to Rearrange the Brush Category List Order:

    1. Window > Workspace > Customize Workspace

    2. Click Painter Brushes (for instance) to expand the brush library and display the brush categories both below Painter Brushes in the left panel, and in the right panel.

    3. In the right panel, click and drag the brush categories to arrange the list in whatever order you want, just like you do with brush variants.

NOTE:  When we create a new custom brush category, Painter X automatically adds it at the bottom of the Brush Selector's Brush Category list. If you don't want it there, you'll need to use the steps listed above to move it up the list to whatever position you want.

    Hi Robert,

It's so easy to overlook the obvious, we all do it now and then.

    Happy to help,

    Jinny
