I really hope corel would add an option to freeze all palettes permanently. 12.2 update did many things to help randomly moving palettes, but it's still an issue for me.

does this thing go away if you rapidly hit tab twice to hide all menus and show them again? I recall painter had some sort of screen refresh shenanigans since v. 10 or so, tabbing usually helped me lots.
