Still Waiting at Essentials Café for our E-Mail Notifications

It has been over a month now and still no resolution to our problem -- which is -- even though our settings are correct (to receive e-mail notifications), we are not receiving them.  I know we are a small and insignificant group, but we are, nonetheless, dedicated to Corel and the "Café."  It would be nice if someone would take the time and effort to fix this one little tiny thing for us.  Thank you.
