Problems buying brushes in Essentials 8:
- open welcome screen
- go to Store
- click any brush pack to see contents. Most of the time it does nothing, the wheel just spins. No video, no brush pack contents - nothing.
How do I fix?
Sorry to hear that. We checked internally and all brush pack purchase links from within the Welcome screen of Painter Essentials 8 are working. Sometimes an interrupted Internet connection can cause such issues. Rebooting the system should help. Please reboot and try again later.
