Display thumbnails for .RIF files in Windows Explorer

 As it stands now, Windows Explorer displays thumbnail previews of .RIF files only if both Painter11 is installed AND .RIF files are associated to Painter11 as the default program.

The next version of PainterEssentials needs to install a Windows shell extension so that Windows Explorer will display thumbnail previews when only PE is installed.
