"...spoilt?" I suggest that such a word doesn't fit when addressing a painting. We see clones and illustrations mostly here...paintings, such as this one, deserve no critique...
Well that`s us told..in no uncertain terms..............goodbye "The Forum"
Clones, auto painting and illustrations are the primary uses of Painter Essentials in this forum devoted to Essentials.
Perhaps...but that should not prompt those familiar with "Clones, auto painting and illustrations" imo to critique those who actually do "paint" with Painter.
Might be good to actually see an Essentials painting once in a while...are there no painters using Essentials?
Using such skewed logic, media art critics should never express their opinion if they themselves are not artist. Food critiques should not review restaurant cuisine unless they themselves are chefs. Regardless of whether they cook, they eat and know what to them tastes good and what does not. They have the right to express these opinions. Whether art or food, if you do not approve their credentials, do not read their columns.
In a free society everyone is welcome to express their views regardless of expertise. It then becomes your responsibility as a reader to decide how much weight to give those views. Responsibility does not lie in shutting down someone's remarks by suggesting they have no right to expression because they do not meet an arbitrary standard. Freedom is not about self-serving elitism, it is about God-given equality.
