The new update to Corel Painter 2019 seems to have fixed the issues I was having with touch not working correctly on a Wacom Cintiq 24 Touch. Thank you.
I Still can't add Brushes to an existing custom pallet, a new one is created each time. I have to shut the tablet off and use a mouse to make it work. This isn't a game ender, but it may imply an underlying issue.
Any reported problems with new update of P19?
I hesitate to update early. Current P19 seems to be working all correctly for whatever I do, so I am reluctant to try to fix that which is not broken.
Nothing new broken for me, some stuff wasn't fixed. The sensitivity on the touch is very high, but I have no way to judge if it is supposed to be that way.
I have macOS 10.14.2, Corel Painter 18.104.22.1687, and Cintiq Wacom 22HD, on MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2012) with 8GB RAM. I've given Corel Painter 3 out of 4 cores.
Things I've noted
Both are not show stoppers, but they are a bit annoying.
Wondering if you are experiencing something similar?
The only thing I can in console.app that is correlated to the brush changes and spinning call is a log for
I have the same, touch seems to work more often for me but it’s not worth using in painter the way it performs. It’s much better in photoshop
Bummer. I'm transitioning from iPad Pro to Wacom -- I've become so used to touch, that I really want to not step away from it. And as an amateur, paying for PS monthly is bit more than I want to pay for a hobby pursuit, ATM. But it's good to know that I'm not the only one. Thank you!P.S. Trivial question -- how did you update your profile with an image? It's the one thing that does not seem to be available to me on this account.
