Does Corel even pay attention to this community???

Noticing very viable comments and concerns from loyal customers. Corel doesn't seem to acknowledge or care?

As a Painter user since Painter4, I find this really disheartening and discouraging.

  • Every few months someone from Corel may show up and answer a few questions, but mostly user to user here.

  • and a bunch of other tech support accounts registered over past year represent corel on here;

    there's a social media person in charge of their facebook.

    painter's biggest source of innovation and feature input in the recent 5+ years is their direct competition they rip off, not the customer response - which they generally opted out to ignore in the past either.
