Hi,I recently purchased Painter 2022 (9th May 2022) after an online chat with a Corel representative. One question I wanted confirming before I made a purchase was that there wasn't any new version of Painter coming out over the next few months, this was to make sure I had the most up-to-date version available and wouldn't need to purchase any new version for a long period. The Corel online representative assured me there wasn't any new version of Painter coming so I went ahead with the purchase of Painter 2022.Today, 22 June 2022, I was sent an email from Corel advertising Painter 2023 which is a new version. I'm quite annoyed about this, after I'd specifically asked whether there was any new version of Painter coming over the coming months, before I made any purchase. I would have held back my purchase if I was correctly told Painter 2023 would be coming out a month after I had spent my money on what would soon be an outdated version of Painter 2022.I assume I'm eligible for a complimentary upgrade to Painter 2023 due to my purchase being so close to the arrival of a newer version. Does anyone know how to go about this? Thanks in advance for your help in this matter.Alec

Try to contact them. I think Corel Painter has a 30 day of money back policy. So close of the update, I think they could do a gesture. Finger crossed.
Perhaps the chat was sent to your email ?
