I have Painter 2019. I'm using a Wacom Intuos Pro M with it and I have Windows 10. When I zoom in to do detailed work. The program closes on it's own as I'm in the middle of working.
I’m not sure how to fix this. Can anyone help.
Hi Vblack, I used to have this problem 5 or 6 years back- I'm racking my brains to remember what caused it.
Off the top of my head... did it begin after a certain WACOM update? If you think it did, try rolling back to the driver that it was most happy with.
Another possibility is (with the computer switched off) to remove one stick of RAM at a time (then restart) and see if one of them is the cause. That has definitely caused crashes on my desktop in the past... Painter sniffs out bad RAM before other software does!
Hi Brendoon, Thank you for your response. I'm not sure when it started acting up. But I will give your suggestions a try.
