I am trying to post my concern again after someone flagged my previous post as spam or abuse for any reason. So hopefully it is working this time.
Coral Painter 2019 does not open when I launch the application. I am using macOs Mojave (Version 10.14.6). Everything worked when I used the trial version. Then, I registered and used the license I bought a while ago and it was not responding any longer I deleted all customizations for all workspaces but nothing happened. Then I uninstalled and installed the program again. Sadly, nothing changed.
I would be grateful for some help!

Ensure you remove all the files listed in the article and reboot. I would also recommend a fresh dowload of the program, as sometimes corrupt downloads can cause installation issues.

When the program is fully uninstalled you should prompted to put in your serial number.

Hi Stephen! Thank you for your answer. I followed the steps you recommended but it still does not work.
When I install the program the option where I should put in my serial number skips automatically.
So is there still somehow something left on my Mac from the previous installation? But I have no clue where it could be.
As I said, I deleted everything just like in the description.
