I am currently using my Wacom tablet and pen to do some underpainting. Upon zooming out all the way I found that a corner of my image is completely gone! How do I fix this? I am new to both Painter and Wacom so it could be a user error, but I know I didn't crop my image.
Hi! I'm new to Corel Painter and evaluating the trial version of 2021. I also seem to have encountered a similar issue wherein the right section of a 1920 x 1080 (150 dpi) landscape canvas was cut off. I cannot paint over said portion of the canvas using my Wacom pen and/or Mouse. I've tried restarting the program and created a new same size canvas but the issue persists. Am I missing something or is this an actual bug? I've already contacted Corel tech support and I was passed to email support so I'm still awaiting their reply.
I'm using Windows 10 Pro (64-bit) and my system passed the overall Brush Accelerator test with a varied score of 8000 to 9000+ green color. But the AVX2 featured failed.
Please refer to the image below.
Hi RendCycle, it looks like you are painting with a texture brush. These brushes use a source image to make their mark...in fact you can change the look quite dramatically by clicking the little icon in the middle of the property bar and select textures such as 'gas, peeling paint, concrete', etc.
Textures do not tile, so if you don't want it to cutoff you can either:
a) Transform the texture to be larger (click on the move and size button in your property bar in the 'media' section)
b) Import a texture that is as big or larger than your current dodcument size of 1920 x 1080 (click the texture selector flyout in the middle of the property bar, and next to the large thumbnail preview is an import button).
Hi! Sorry, I already reposted this a while ago as a new thread and have gotten the same answer from someone else. But thanks for your reply. :-)
