I'm having trouble getting Painter to respond to any touch input on the canvas. The brush selection bar, property bar, and everything besides the canvas responds to touch input. I can draw on the canvas by using a mouse to make a mark, and I can undo/redo things by touching the buttons with my finger or my stylus.
I've enabled multi-touch options, which hasn't affected anything. Are there any solutions to this problem?
My computer is a HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs3xxx with touch support. I am using a passive stylus. My OS is Windows 10, I'm using Painter 2019.
Hi there, a quick suggestion--in your Preferences > Tablet > Multi-touch options, there are 3 radio buttons--Wacom and Windows, Wacom, and Windows-only. Perhaps you can try the Windows-only option? I would suggest closing and re-opening Painter to see if this helps.
