Corel Painter's "Support" - Really?

I must comment here that I tried contacting Painter's "Support" via email regarding a question on how to increase the font size on the various window paletts.  11 DAY LATER I received the following response:

Regarding your query kindly help me with the screenshot of the error message to help you further with the process.

After submitting a screenshot as directed, two days later I received this response:

Mr. / Ms.

Thank you for contacting Corel Customer Support.

Regarding your query kindly follow the below steps
1. Close the program
2. By holding the shift key, double click the program to open
3. New window will appear, click on reset workspace
4. Then try to open the software

Should you need anything else in the interim, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The above Response does not even come close to addressing my issue, it's like they didn't even read what I was referring to. So I wrote back telling them that this didn't address what I was referring to.  8 days later I received this reply:

Mr. / Ms.

Thank you for contacting Corel Technical Support team.

Kindly try the below steps

Right click on any tool and then go to Customize > Toolbox Toolbar. Over here, you have three options for buttons; Small, Medium & Large.

Again, this does not work nor come close to addressing or solving the issue.
My conclusion: Corel Painter's support is a joke - completely useless. How can a company operate like this?
