I purchased Corel Painter 2022… it installed fine after putting in serial number… I never could get past the initial sign in after installation because an error message said " Please connect to the internet to sign in". Returned it for refund after 3 weeks of trying and calling every day… I then bought Painter 2023 hoping it would work... same result... here's the original ticket number Corel#3512759 ( Hariharan Saminathan ). No one has helped me solve this at all after 4 weeks of calling and chatting I’ve owned many versions of Painter for 37 years and never had a problem before…brand new Mac Studio computer… running Mac OS 12.4
