Missing maximize/minimize/close buttons Mac Mini

I just bought a new Mac Mini  M2 chip running OS 13.4.1 and a few days later, I also bought Painter updated to 23.0.0.352. Right away I saw that the maximize/minimize/close buttons were missing up in the top left corner.

Does this version of Painter run a Mac with a M2 chip?

Any workarounds for getting the buttons back?
