I’m not 100% on file options with Essentiaks, but saving as a PSD will keep layers & many of the layer modes etc. so you can work on it further in PS. If you want to save it in one layer- like a jpg. Try dropping each layer onto the bottom layer until they are all merged. Then save as a jpg there should be no change in colours but you will have one layer.
