Painter2018 Look Library

I saved a Look in the Looks Library in Painter2018, but it does not appear when I switch workspaces. Are Look Libraries not independent of workspaces? How do I save a Look Library to appear in the Looks Library Panel across any workspace? Thanks much!

If you customise a workspace (add a look or whatever), it only affects that workspace. You can save/export the look or the library and import it back into a new workspace.
