I just bought Painter 2022 but can't get it going !. When I try to start and activate for the first time, I get the message: "Your Corel Account has missing information. Please contact Corel Customer Service to resolve this issue." I updated all my account details, but it didn't help. I wrote to technical support, no answer yet. Anyone have any idea?
Hi Igor, Sorry to hear you are having these issues. This error generally occurs when there is an issue with your Corel account or login. Customer support will need to check your Corel account to find the issue. If you do not hear from Customer support soon, please drop another message here with your Ticket number and we will be sure to escalate it.
