Today I upgraded my Mac OS, unfortunately my Painter software is no longer working. Any patch or update available?

Are you on Intel Mac or M1?What do you mean by the software is not working? Are Painter 2022 and 2021 not launching at all? Or are certain things not working? Could you please specify?
Painter 2023 is also incompatible - it does load but performance is very poor compared to how it ran on Monterey. For example on Monterey I got 'outstanding' performance using the Brush Accelerator - hardly surprising as I have a top of the range Mac Studio Max with maxed out RAM and 32 GPUs. On Ventura I am merely getting 'good' and it is telling me to upgrade my computer (which is ridiculous obviously). It looks like it is not using GPU acceleration at all, I suspect it has not been updated to take advantage of Metal 3 so is basically not using any hardware graphics acceleration.
I have not yet updated to MacOs 13, Ventura. Will there be a Painter 2023 update soon?
Hi SWey, thank you for your message. I am really struggling, as I work with Painter and now I don’t know what to do... I installed both, Painter 2022 and 2023. Both have issues. They either freeze on startup, become laggy, the menus are completely inaccessible, or the Save function does not work. I need help from Corel, but the support team don’t seem to have a clue on what’s happening. I looked into downgrading back to Monterey, but that means wiping off the HD entirely. It would take me a full day to go through the steps, with the real risk of losing data and access to software. I find this pretty poor on behalf of Corel, they come out with a new version of software that doesn’t work with the latest Mac OS...

Neither Painter 2021, 2022 or 2023 work with this new OS version. They either freeze on startup, the menus are inaccessible, or files can’t be saved.
When is Corel going to issue an update to make them compatible with Mac again?
I URGENTLY need to use my software (I own Painter 2021 and 2022) to be able to work, otherwise I get no income!
Going back to the previous version of the Mac OS means wiping out my HD completely, so this is not an option.
Corel Support is not giving me any answers at all. Please help!
