Painter 12 brushes do not run out of paint.

Hello everybody, I am new to this site and to Painter 12, having made the big leap straight from Painter 9. I have encountered a problem that I have not found addressed anywhere and I was wondering if anyone could help me. None of the brushes under "Painter 12" seem to ever run out of paint...

Painter 12 bug - Serious corruption when using the Lasso tool

Brushes from P11 to P12

I know about the requirement for a jpeg to go with brush files and have rechecked to make sure they are there. I can see them in the applications files, but not in the program itself . I thought I was following instructions, but the brushes from P11, some purchased (John Derry's) and some downloaded...

In the end, the nice people i bought it from asked for another copy from Corel ( i'd tried to run the cd on several machines without any luck) .. and guess what , the new one worked fine.. still crashes all the time though, but that's painter. I found that its very susceptible to screen resolution...
